Ease into birding in a beginner-friendly environment. We will visit the prairies to experience the sights and sounds of the Woodcock, an unusual, ground-nesting bird as it ascends and dives through the sky with a “twitter” and a “peent”. Carry in a lightweight camping stool for 30 minute viewing session.
